Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Delivery Time

The average shipping time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during peak periods such as holidays or due to customs procedures outside of our control.


Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier. As a result, customs fees may apply depending on your country of delivery. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery destination, and the selected shipping method. All costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Shipping Responsibility

  • If tracking information confirms that your package has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer
  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order
  • We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information after shipment
