Return Policy
At Oliver & Grace Sydney, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after you have physically received your order
- Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted
Return Process
- Submit your return request by emailing info@olivergracesydney.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier
- Ship the item back fully at your own expense, including any applicable customs or handling fees
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method used at checkout.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer
- If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, this is the sole responsibility of the customer
- Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us immediately
